How Much Work Can This Crew or Route Handle Each Week?

How this is calculated
Available weekly hours is workdays times hours per day. Weekly stop capacity divides that by hours per stop (service plus drive time), rounded down. If current committed hours are entered, utilization is committed hours divided by available hours, and remaining capacity is what's left.
Worked example
5 workdays at 8 hours is 40 available hours. At 1.25 hours per stop, that's 32 properties of weekly capacity. If 30 hours are already committed, utilization is 75%, with 10 hours of remaining capacity.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as committed hours?
Total service and drive time for all the properties already on the route or schedule for the week, in hours.
What happens if utilization is over 100%?
It means more work is committed than the crew has available hours for, based on the inputs entered. The calculator flags this directly rather than showing a number that implies everything fits.
How is this different from Properties per Day?
The Properties per Day calculator looks at one day in isolation. This multiplies that out across a full work week and, optionally, compares it against work already committed.
